Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your 3D case arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

  • Approval Process: All claims must be reported within 30mdays of delivery.

  • Resolution: Once our team reviews and approves your claim, we will issue a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

Change of Mind & Fitment

Please double-check your device model before checking out. Because we begin processing your order immediately to hit our shipping targets, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect model selection.
