1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Note: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.

During high-demand "drop" periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to local import taxes, duties, or VAT according to your country's laws. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
[LumiCases] is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing but shows as "Delivered," please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
